You will be receiving an invoice shortly which will need to be paid in full. After receiving payment, our graphic design team will finalize your order. You will receive a digital proof via email before we print and ship your order.

If we notice any issues with your images we will contact you right away. Your order will ship 24 hours or less after the proof has been approved by you.

ATTENTION: Due to the urgency required to have your order delivered on-time for this service, please be aware that the funeral director, or the customer, will need to promptly approve your digital proof as is or notify us of any changes that will need to be made. If you do not respond to the digital proof promptly, this will directly affect the delivery time of your order. We want to be sure that we can get you your final order when you need it!

If does not hear from the customer or funeral home within 24 hours of the email proof being sent, thereby missing the service deadline, a minimum production charge of $80.00 will still be billed to the funeral home for work performed. The $80.00 fee will not be charged if the order is approved for printing beyond the 24 hour deadline.
